Taxes and Deductions

Taxes are done for you.

Payroll taxes are calculated automatically each pay run. We then pay the respective tax agencies on your behalf. Additionally, we will prepare and file your payroll tax returns.

Payroll Deductions

Deductions are calculated each pay run. OnPay gives you the ability to offer many types of payroll deductions. You can add or edit deductions for an employee at any time.

Types of payroll deductions.
  • Standard dollar or percent amount deductions
  • Goal or loan deductions that stop automatically
  • Retirement deductions such as 401K deductions, IRA deductions, and other retirement contributions
  • Section 125 or (pre-tax) health insurance deductions
